Spring Collection Pre-Order Terms

By placing a pre-order for our Spring Collection, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Pre-Order Status

Spring Collection items are available for advance purchase and are not ready for immediate shipment. Your purchase reserves the items, sizes, and colors shown in your order confirmation.

2. Expected Availability and Shipping

The Spring Collection is expected to be available and ship in February 2027. This is an estimated shipping timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery time after shipment depends on your destination and the shipping service selected.

3. Payment

The amount due when you place your order, including applicable shipping charges and taxes, will be displayed at checkout. Any installment or deferred payment arrangement is subject to the payment provider’s terms.

4. Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you using the contact information provided with your order. We will provide an updated shipping estimate, if available, and the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped items and any associated charges.

We will obtain your consent to delays as required by applicable law. Your initial agreement to these terms does not constitute agreement to all future delays.

5. Cancellations Before Shipment

All Pre- Orders are Final!!

Canceled, unshipped orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

6. Order Changes

Please review your size, color, quantity, shipping address, and contact information before completing your purchase. Changes requested before shipment are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Contact us promptly if you need assistance.

7. Orders Containing Multiple Items

Orders containing both pre-order and available items may ship together when the pre-order items become available unless a different arrangement is stated at checkout or confirmed by us.

8. Returns and Exchanges

After your order ships, returns and exchanges are governed by the Return and Refund Policy published on our website, subject to applicable consumer rights. These terms do not limit your rights concerning defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

9. Items We Cannot Fulfill

If we cannot fulfill an item in your pre-order, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item and any associated charges. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement.

10. Customer Acknowledgment

By selecting the agreement checkbox and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing Spring Collection items on a pre-order basis.
• The expected availability and shipping timeframe is February 2027.
• Your items will not ship immediately.
• You have read and agree to these Pre-Order Terms.
